What stays on your device

In the app, the health information and preferences you choose stay on your phone; they are not sent to us. Your My Plate saved products and consent choices are kept on your account once you are signed in, so they follow you across devices — see the table above. The website keeps your language and view choices and the products you recently opened in your browser, and has no login.

What we do not collect today

No name or profile details, no location and no reviews reach us from the app. A report you choose to send may include a photo, voice note or video you attach to it; otherwise no photos reach us. There is no analytics or advertising software in the app, and no analytics on the website. The website sets no cookies of its own; our security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

We use this information to provide the features you ask for, protect accounts and the service, answer your requests and comply with the law. Accepting our Terms or reading this notice is not blanket consent. We ask separately before any optional use, and you can decline and keep using the basic service.
